Destination Downtown: Formed in 1994 for the purpose of revitalizing nighttime activity in downtown Charlotte Amalie this committee presents three festivals annually. Arts in the Alleys/Dancing In The Streets, Christmas in July and Miracle On Main Street offers visitors and residents alike the opportunity to enjoy local art, music, crafts, delicacies and nighttime shopping in a safe and festive atmosphere.
