Thank you for inquiry about our islands.  We believe that they are among the most beautiful in the world to visit or live.

However, it is standard advice to anyone considering a major relocation to give the islands a trial visit.  Come here for a few weeks, get accustomed to the climate, the culture and the relative isolation, review the housing situation, the mortgage rates, shop in grocery stores, and use the public transportation and utility services, look at the educational and health care facilities, explore income opportunities and the overall cost of living.

For those seeking employment, they will discover that many businesses are sometimes hesitant to hire persons who have only been on the islands for a short time due to transientness of new people to the islands.  The cost of living averages 35 to 50% higher than the Mainland.

We are offering two Relocation Packages, upon your request, we will be happy to mail one to you.  The Relocation Package  and the Business Package discuss and contain virtually everything you might want to know about living and conducting business in the Virgin Islands.  The postage and handling are included in the cost of both packages.
